WHAT IS VOLTERA

THE NEW GENERATION OF POWER

At its core, Voltera is made of two electrode stacks operating at hot and cold temperatures. The stacks deploy a pair of electrolytes, circulating between them, that undergo reversible electrochemical reactions of oxidation and reduction.

The electrolyte flow maneuvers through the two temperatures, resulting in a consistent generation of electric energy through concurrent and interlocked electrochemical and thermodynamic cycles.
